Delete your account

You can delete your GoodNews Plus account and its data at any time.

In the app

1. Open the GoodNews Plus app and sign in.
2. Open your account settings and choose Delete account.
3. Confirm.

On the website

1. Sign in at gnp.gnprime.in.
2. Open Account → Delete account.
3. Type DELETE and confirm.

Can’t sign in?

Email support@goodnewsplus.in from the email address on your account (or tell us the mobile number you signed up with) and ask us to delete it. We’ll confirm before we do.

What happens

• You are signed out on every device straight away.
• You have 30 days to change your mind: signing in again within 30 days keeps your account.
• After 30 days your account, profiles, watch history and My List are deleted.
• Subscriptions bought in Google Play renew through Google Play: cancel them there too, so you aren’t charged.
